We were so glad to find a place Windsor Eye Care. Jules is terrific and knows her stuff when coming to picking out frames and adjusting. Some people work FOR a business but Jules works IN the business and you can tell, taking time with customers answering questions to be sure you get what you need and pay for….So professional and polite. They have a lot of good quality frames and options. They keep up with the times, having a variety of frames, which sets them apart. Plus we like to shop local. So glad my wife and I found this place! Great people, products & service! What else can you ask for!

Windsor Eye Care and Vision Center is outstanding. I had issues with my original frames and worked with Juel (I may have her name spelled wrong) to get replacement frames (she was not the one who provided my original frames). She was very easy to work with and fitted me with the correct frames. I cannot say enough how pleased I am with the service she provided. I have been wearing glasses for over 65 years....Juel is one of the best of the many opticians I've worked with.

I drove from Cheyenne to the clinic and was not disappointed! The front staff were super helpful and the tech (Ashley) was very informative and pleasant to speak with while running pre exam things. Dr. Smith was awesome and I rather enjoyed her! She was very prompt, informative and just all around a down to earth person and not one of those doctors who make you feel inferior just because a title! They had all my info ready for Jules who was amazing about giving me all the info and tools needed to get me my perfect glasses! I will be recommending EVERYONE to Dr. Smith!

Everyone was welcoming & educated in their job. They did great with my kids. They didn't push me towards expensive procedures or products which is something I have experienced at other vision centers.

As a new patient, I was very pleased with all of the staff and the personal care that I received. Dr. Smith was very good about explaining all of the tests that were done. I certainly will become one of her patients in the years to come.

Dr. Phinney is great! He does a very thorough exam and answers questions. The only thing is the parking in front is difficult to back out. He does have some parking in the back including handicap.

Dr Phinney is the BEST!!!! So professional, yet friendly and goes the extra miles for your care. Highly recommended!

Great place to go. I saw Emerald Smith OD I called late in the day and they squeezed me in for an evaluation (sinus issues & throbbing eyes ( needed a new prescription as my vision had changed). Thanks Emerald Smith OD.

I made my first appointment based off of reviews I read and I’m glad I did. The office is east to get to and I was really happy with the eye care team. My first visit was a simple exam and Dr. Smith gave genuine care to my eye condition and needs. She referred me to an eye surgeon for cataracts and several months later when I returned for my post op visit, she remembered me and my situation as if it was yesterday. Her personality and knowledge would make me recommend her to anyone!

Highly recommended. I have gone to many eye doctors, I am 74 years old, and Dr. Brent Phinney is one of the best. One of the things I especially like about this eye center is there is no pressure to buy new eye glasses. Many of the other centers I have visited apply this pressure whether you need them or not. Because of this I will trust any future recommendations.
